Design & Tool Room

The Tool Room is one of the main strength of manufacturing. We are equipped with Design engineers with required specialized software and tools to research and develop ideas for new products and their associated systems. Our latest tool design software use to create blueprints for complicated design solutions for manufacturing of Forging, Trimming & Coining Dies. This manufacturing process for achieving consistent quality level and producing the same product with high accuracy.

Hot Forging

Our Forging classified into hot, warm and cold forging according to the temperature at which is performed. We used to achieve high accuracy along with Hammers or presses are used to deform the metal/alloy into high strength parts. Our Mechanical properties of the metal/alloy are improved by forging as it refines its grain structure, making it tougher and stronger.

Heat Treatment, Quenching & Tempering

It is very important manufacturing processes,The process of heat treatment involves the use of heating or cooling, usually to extreme temperatures to achieve the wanted result, help manufacturing process & also improve product, its performance, and its characteristics in many ways.

Machining Process

Machining is manufacturing process that involves removing materials using cutting tools for getting rid of the unwanted materials from some workpiece and converting it into the shape you desire. Our manufacturing process Machining is by highly technically qualified staff on Machines to achieve accuracy.

Surface Finishing & Coating

This is done in house to ensure corrosion protection and surface finishing.

Final Inspection & Packing

Our all manufactured products are 100% inspected by a team of highly experienced staff before dispatch to our client.
